This is the Full Report of the Ad Hoc Committee set up by the Chairman of Stakeholders in Blockchain Technology Association of Nigeria (SiBAN) on the Matter Concerning Crypstone Global Resources Ltd, 23 November 2019.
On 12 September 2019, SiBAN received a petition via email by a Crypstone user who lost his investment in Crypstone’s CST Pack hedge funds in 2018. This petition was a response to the invitation the SiBAN Chairman published in the SiBAN WhatsApp community on 11 September 2019 following allegations bordering on scam made against Crypstone.
Having received the petition, SiBAN Caretaker Committee immediately swung into action as follows:
1. Based on due process, SiBAN constituted a 5-man Ad Hoc Committee to look into the complaint against Crypstone. Members of this committee are as follows:
a. Doris Ojuederie – Chairperson
b. Senator Ihenyen – Secretary
c. Charles Azih – Member
d. Abikure Tega – Member
e. Chike Okonkwo – Member
2. The Committee was inaugurated and mandated by the Caretaker Committee to submit its report and recommendations to the Caretaker Committee within 2 weeks.
