Bitcoin Bear market danger an Illusion- John McAfee
John McAfee is a British-American computer programmer and businessman. He founded the software company McAfee Associates in 1987 and ran it until 1994, when he resigned from the company. McAfee Associates achieved early success as the creators of McAfee, the first commercial antivirus software.
He (McAfee) has been extremely bullish about bitcoin, writing on Twitter in July 2017 that he predicted that the price of one bitcoin would jump to $500,000 within three years, and “If not, I will eat my own d**k on national television”.In November 2017, he increased his prediction to $1 million.
McAfee who has not lost sight of the bullish bitcoin market despite the recent bear market challenge Bitcoin and alternate coins faces, when others cry there is casting down, McAfee who is no stranger to Bitcoin and crypto currency in general has refuse to give up on the current bear state of bitcoin instead he described it as an ILLUSION.
This he said when reacting to a video of the “death bride” the world longest sea crossing bridge built from china through Hong Kong linking to the main land.
Others saw how funny people cross the bridge with fear but McAfee sees the video from a different point of view by saying
This bridge is an awesome metaphor for a bear market. There is no real risk. The danger is all imagined and won’t become real unless you sell. The danger is an illusion. All that’s required is patience. Hysterically funny video though.
When a follower bring to his notice that Bitcoin had crashed over 80% since the run of the bear market. He replied
Please God relax. If you held it will all work out fine.
He further express his frustration and disappointment on investor who sell their crypto assets on a bear and described them as a hooker.
It’s so intuitively obvious that no amount of explaining can account for the irrational behaviour if people sell in a bear market. It’s like a hooker that waits until the town is empty to choose to go out to work.
How long can John McAfee remain bullish and how many crypto enthusiast hold Bitcoin and their favourite alternate coin so tenaciously?
